The year 2011 marks SRI’s 63rd year of service to the sugar industry globally. That’s plenty of time to build an unequalled knowledge of operational issues that sugar factory staff need to deal with on a regular basis.
Over time, we’ve developed a range of products – instrumentation, software and a full range of ready-to-fabricate designs – that embody the very best of our deep expertise. They solve real operational issues and are developed from the outset specifically for the sugar industry. Some examples:
- SRI’s short retention clarifiers have been installed in hundreds of factories and are renowned for their low capital cost, ease of use and mud removal efficiency.
- The SRI DbriX range of brix measurement probes are used on batch and continuous vacuum pans around the world and offer stable, trouble free operation with minimal fouling impact.
- SRI’s jigger tube technology aids product circulation in batch and continuous pans, giving improved recovery and consistent crystal size with no energy cost.
