SRI markets the Colour and Turbidity Meter, originally developed by the Sugar Milling Research Institute of South Africa, for on-line measurement of colour and turbidity in process streams.
The Colour and Turbidity Meter has many features which clients find extremely useful in maintaining sugar quality.

- Useful in raw sugar factories and refineries for products such as clarified juice, evaporator syrup, sugar melt to fine liquor;
- Local display of colour and turbidity plus one 4-20 mA output for each of the two measurements;
